The track starts in Peoples Park and follows a creek through leatherwood, sassafras and myrtle to a viewing deck at the falls. It is flat and takes about 40 minutes return, so it suits a leg-stretch before dinner. Platypus are sometimes seen in the creek around dusk, but they're shy.
