Three luxury geodomes called Dumblane, Balfour and Isobel sit in a garden with more than 25 peony varieties. Each has a king bed, ensuite, kitchenette, private hot tub and BBQ, and you can stargaze from the bed or the tub. It is a splurge stay for couples about nine minutes' drive from Hanmer Springs.
