The signposted track off the Glenorchy–Queenstown road zigzags through shrubland up to Lake Dispute, with views back over the lake and across Lake Wakatipu from the southern end. It also links to the Mt Crichton Loop and a longer route to Moke Lake. The roadside car park is small and traffic is fast.
