Otatara Pa

One of the largest and oldest pa sites in the region has a carved gateway, restoration palisades and visible terraces, whare floors and kumara pits. A short uphill walk ends at coastal views, and you can exit on Churchill Drive or return the way you came. It is wahi tapu so stay on the track and do not eat on the pa.
