Whangamarino Redoubt walk

A mown path with po markers climbs through regenerating bush to the Whangamarino Redoubt and Te Teoteo's Pa, two sites from the Waikato War. Information panels explain the story and there are views over the Waikato River and SH1. It is a quick stop on the Auckland to Waikato run.
