A circle of stones with 28 spokes sits at nearly 10,000 ft in the Bighorn National Forest. It is a walk of about 1.5 miles each way along a gravel road from the car park. Plains tribes still hold ceremonies here, so respect the offerings and stay on the path. The road is closed by snow outside summer.
