A silver camp from 1864 with a legend that dozens died in gunfights before the first natural death. The Million Dollar Courthouse, Boot Hill and a rusting aerial tramway line still stand above town, and the 1870s Overland Hotel is open. Quiet, steep and good for a short wander.
