This uninhabited headland south of the Cuillin holds an Iron Age fort, a Norse-era canal and a ruined chambered cairn, and was made a nationally important monument in 2017. The walk starts near Glenbrittle and is boggy, but you will see more seals and sea eagles than people. Give it a half day.
